We all love the look of our pets wearing pretty things!
So let's talk safety for a moment.
* Don't leave your dog unattended while wearing a bandana. I know I am guilty of putting a bandana on Emmy and leaving it on for a few days. Honestly, this is not a good idea. They can catch on something and potentially choke your furry friend. We at Woof at the Door do not use snaps or clips....I just feel it's an extra item your pet could accidentally ingest if they are a chewer or it falls off.
* Measure for comfort. Just like collars and harnesses and all other accessories, you should be able to slip two fingers comfortable between the bandana and your dog's neck.
*If your pet is a chewer!! Supervision is a must or maybe bandanas are not the right fashion choice for them.
*Did you know....in the summer you can pop your pet's bandana into the freezer and put it on them to cool them down.
